Shipping policy

All orders are shipped by (USPS) the United States Postal Service, Monday through Friday. Please allow 3 - 5 days for items to ship. This does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, this may vary. This excludes preorder items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Please allow 5 - 7 days for USA delivery after the item(s) has shipped. For International Orders, please allow up to 15 - 20 business days for your order to arrive after the tracking number is emailed to you. Also, check with your local post office or customs after 10 days as the package may be held there. Be mindful that longer delays may occur if you did not enter your full name and complete shipping address. 

If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam mail. Contact us by email if you still have not received it at earthandrootllc@yahoo.com. Please include your full name and order number for faster service. 

Please be diligent when entering your complete and correct mailing address. Check and double check this information to insure delivery and to avoid any delays in receiving your order.  

Once you have received your tracking number, any questions or concerns regarding your order should be handled with the United States Postal Service. Once it is in their possession, you will have to contact them or further information. (www.usps.com or 1-800-275-8777)
